Pet Friendly

We are delighted to have you and your pet as our guests.
The Resort management reserves the right for admission. Pets are allowed with prior approval from the Resort management. Please e-mail info@ubhotels.com to enable us
process your pet reservation.
While at the Resort, to ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and fellow guests, we would
appreciate if you would please observe the following guidelines:
Your pet should be house trained.
More than one pet can be allowed on the discretion of the Resort management. Please
do check with the Resort in advance.
• As part of check-in formalities we request you to carry pet vaccination card with
you at the time of check in.
• A non-refundable fee of INR 500 + taxes per night per pet will be levied upon check
in.
Pets must be restrained (on a leash for dogs) at all times while leaving the room and
in the garden.
Muzzle is recommended, whenever the pet is taken out of the room.
Pets are not allowed in our restaurant & pool.
You are required to be present if your pet is in your room when any service is provided.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on the Resort.
You are expected to sign the Pet Declaration Form on arrival Resort.
